The Office Space

A selection of unfurnished office accommodation is housed within this purpose-built business centre in Stockport. The centre provides smaller spaces at £20 per square foot, which includes electricity, heating and rates, and larger offices at £10 per square foot for rent only. Offices range in size from 200 to 18,000 square feet - suitable for a wide variety of businesses. Location Information

This business centre is located to the west of Stockport town centre, which is easily accessible by car or by bus. Central Manchester is also not far away, and the airport can be reached in less than 10 minutes' drive from the centre. The offices are just a few minutes from Junction 2 of the M60, and so benefit from excellent access to the motorway network. The closest railway station is in Gately, but there is also a well-connected station in Stockport town centre.
