The Office Space
This Georgian townhouse has been converted into a series of office suites. The offices have been tastefully presented to retain their charm and accommodate one to six people, with options to expand. The building was completed in the late 18th century and is set in an area which houses Dublin’s finest examples of Georgian architecture. The centre provides a staffed reception area, meeting facilities, admin/IT support staff and round the clock access. There is car parking available, and a courtyard, behind the property. This centre offers a wonderful opportunity for a small or medium-sized business.
Location Information
The centre is located just off Merrion Square – one of several squares in the area which were built to serve the Georgian aristocrats who once resided nearby. Famous local residents included politician Daniel O’Connell and the poets W.B. Yeats and Oscar Wilde. There are a number of attractions on the west side of the square; these include The National Museum of Ireland’s Natural History Museum and its Archaeology Museum. It is also the site of the National Library, National Gallery and Government Buildings. Located just south of the Liffey, this area has it all: beautiful architecture, excellent amenities and great transport links.
