Constitution House provides three serviced offices which benefit from a recent refurbishment within a period Victorian property. Being a Grade II Listed building, this centre retains many original features while balancing modernity and style to provide an ideal working environment. Offices are decorated to a high standard, providing bright and contemporary office accommodation which boast inclusive furnishings. Brand new furniture includes a desk, chair, desk lamp, shelving unit and bin with a telephone with answering machine - everything a tenant could need to get started within an office. Also available are two separate rooms with locks; one with two desks and the other with three, perfect for a manger's office, storage space or interview room. The main room contains six desks which can be rented per desk with various options available. The price includes utility bills, cleaning services and refreshments to provide a hassle-free lease.
