Location Information
SQ Guillemins is a modern eco-building located just a few metres from the famous Liège-Guillemins station, which was designed by Santiago Calatrava. The building contains both residential and office units, and is situated away from the busy city centre, but is still excellently connected to major car routes and public transportation that can take you to the heart of Liège quickly. The location is also near a major transport link, with multiple bus stops within a short walk from the building.
It only takes 10 minutes to reach Liège Airport via the E25, and the airport is only 10 kilometres away. Additionally, the post office is less than a minute's walk from the office centre, which makes it easy to handle parcel distribution and mail processing without taking up too much time. There is also a parking lot available at the centre for those who wish to drive to the location.
